ABOUT

Gerard Molloy has over 30 years experience as a builder covering all aspects of the building trade for residential properties and commercial renovations ranging from small renovations/extensions to large commercial refurbishments and developments.

Gerard Molloy comes from a family background of building and plastering contractors and originally started working with his father Matthew Molloy (M.Molloy & Sons), which started out in the 1950s. Gerard joined the family business in the 1980’s alongside his father and brothers.

Gerard parted from the business in the late 1980s and started his own business, G Molloy.  In 2012 the business then changed to G.Molloy & Son Ltd when Luke Molloy, Gerard’s son, became a partner.

G.Molloy & Son Ltd is well known within Coventry, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas for their high standard of building works and commitment to every individual job.

In 2013, G.Molloy & Son Ltd have worked closely with Mercedes-Benz (MB) dealerships becoming one of the main building contractors working within the MB sphere. This allowed Gez and Luke to build corporate knowledge, brand identity and dealer standards for the MB network of commercial dealers. Work varied from site to site throughout the country, ranging from general maintenance of the buildings through to building high quality commercial dealerships.
